01. How do I book ?
Click the link above to book your time slot.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. This deposit goes toward your total balance and ensures that your time is reserved. Final payment is due by the date of your session.
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance and we'll work together to find a new date.
02. Do you travel?
Rooted Photography by Kevia is based in
El Dorado, AR and I am happy to travel to you. For locations beyond that, a minimum travel fee of $0.70 per mile applies.
For out-of-state sessions or locations requiring extended travel, a custom quote will be provided to include mileage, travel time, lodging and/or airfare when necessary. Reach out for a personalized estimate.
03. cancellation policy
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your session, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable, but with proper notice, they can be transferred to a new date within 30 days (based on availability).
In the rare case that I need to cancel due to weather, illness or an emergency, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date - whichever you prefer.
04. Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes, I do offer wedding coverage on a limited basis. I understand that every couple and celebration is unique; therefore, custom packages are tailored to your special day. A quick consultation will help me understand your needs.
